Terms and Conditions
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Regretfully we do not offer open account terms. All transactions are on a T/T in advance basis. Large orders may require a 50% deposit to initiate production.
Pricing
Novalee reserves the right to change prices without notice prior to executing an order confirmation. Custom order rates shall be determined on a per order basis.
Shipping & Handling
Products shipped on availability. Please allow two to four weeks for delivery; four to six weeks on custom orders. Unless otherwise specified, our products are shipped via UPS. Prices do not include shipping and handling.
Shipping and handling charges from the place of manufacture, currently Taiwan but subject to change, Novalee is not responsible for any damage once products leave the place of manufacture. All claims must be filed with the carrier directly.
How to Order
Reseller shall present Novalee Industry Co Ltd with a signed Purchase Order for each order placed with Novalee. Purchase Orders may be placed by FAX or by mail. Verbal Purchase Orders and verbal changes will not be accepted. No changes to a given Purchase Order may be made after confirmation of order by Novalee. Standard lead-time on Novalee products is customarily four to six weeks plus standard shipping time from confirmation order. All sales are final, including custom orders. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Merchandise Claims & Returns
Any claim for defective merchandise or shortages must be made in writing directly to the shipping company and to Novalee within ten days of receipt of the shipment. Defective merchandise returned must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number provided by Novalee. This number must be marked clearly on each carton returned.
No returns are accepted for defective merchandise after thirty days. Defective merchandise will be replaced or credit for returned defective merchandise will be applied to the Customer's account. No T/T refund will be issued. All sales are final.
